Well today and the past week.....things have changed. Austin's been working up in Island Park a lot and sleeping there in order to get a cabin finished up by the Sept 1st deadline(he's such a hard worker), so let's just say that at times I feel a little burnt out (not complaining though).
So a few out of the ordinary things might have slipped through my fingers.......
Like this......."Mommy, can I help do my own hair?"
(that is a whole lotta hair gel..the picture does it no justice)
OR this.........."can we play in the knee deep mud?"
(Our neighbors just had a well put in)
My FUN mom reply, "SURE, GO FOR IT."
I love my kids and being a mom, a NICE mom. There's NO greater joy. I promise!
Oh, and only 1 1/2 days!!

There are just sometimes in our lives when we let go a bit. Thanks for your comment on my blog. I was so sad when Austin said that you were going to be moving over by us and we aren't going to be there. Don't worry about the b-day thing. Just know that you were missed. I asked Austin if he would come and build our house in Logan. He said he would. I hope he was serious, cuz I wasn't joking. :) Be good.
