{Holiday Roundup 2010}

Now that we're all settled and moved into our little rental house with the pink carpet(thank goodness it's just for a few months :) We do love it though to clarify), I thought I'd take a second to do a little holiday roundup of our month of December!

First stop: Santa's Mailbox....the kids thought this was the greatest and Kaydree even wrote her entire letter herself!!

But he loves that it's diesel and is lifted...(some sort of semi-mid life crisis stage :))


Jaxton loves to play and laugh....and has 6 teeth now! He is such a happy little guy!



Brayden was so excited for Christmas....this was taken Christmas Eve!!


We went to Austin's parents' house for Christmas Eve and read the story of Jesus' birth while the kids dressed up and acted it out....Kaydree was Mary, Brayden was a shepherd, and Jaxton was baby Jesus.



Christmas Morning!!! Santa came!!! Kaydree's favorite present was a barbie house!


Jaxton loves his pony that grandpa gave him :) It sings and talks!



And Brayden loves his own "real" tool set from Santa so he can work with Daddy! :)


And of course we can't forget about Buzz and Iron Man :)
(he is ALL boy!)


We have been so blessed and love our family and friends! We had a wonderful Christmas and truly felt the real spirit of Christmas in our home this year.

{Life Back in the Slow Lane...moving, formal room, and more}

Now that we are all moved out and settled in I thought I'd catch up on
our life for the past few weeks. :)
For Thanksgiving my sister Katie, her husband, and their son came to visit us for the weekend. We were able to cram a whole lot've fun into the weekend including MY birthday, thanksgiving festivities, sledding, snowmachining, and black friday!! We had a blast with them through all of our choas of moving out and in the day before their arrival!

Kaydree LOVES sledding. She would insist on carrying her own tube for the rest of the day and cried when it was time to go home (un-thaw)!

Ryan.....he did NOT like sledding (maybe next time!) so I snapped one of him snackin


The next day we went snowmobiling in hopes to have a fun ride and cut down a Christmas tree...but instead went for a little ride, had 2 out of the 6 snowmachines cause us a bit of trouble, and a blizzard come in! ..........it was still fun!!!!

And last BUT not least.....Jaxton!!! He's growing like a weed and is MY little man!! He's always so happy!!!


2 weeks ago we went to Festival of Trees to watch Austin's brother sing and Santa was there!!!


It's been snowing like crazy here and who can resist making a snow angel???? :)

{It was a Happy Halloween!!}

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Halloween this year was so much fun!! The kids are old enough that I
don't need to act embarrassed why my 1 year old needs candy! lol!!! :)
No, the kids are really taking a liking to the holidays which is so much more fun!!
This year we pulled off the family theme! Jaxton was a football, Brayden a football
player, Kaydree a cheerleader, and Austin and I the referee's!!! :)

Jaxton is 9 months!!! He is by far the BEST baby ever!!
He's so much fun!! This month he said his first word, "BALL", he's
walking around the house with his push walker, he's getting into all
kinds of things and drawers, and has 4 teeth!! He loves to play ball and
toss and throw it back and forth, loves to eat people food, AND usually has
a mini mohawk hair do because his hair only grows on top:)
